Thierry Patrick Bemba
Dear members of PARIS Panthers,
I am extremely honored and enthusiastic to present to you my role as Coach of the Senior 1 team and Technical and Sports Executive for the coming seasons. I am deeply passionate about basketball and I am determined to bring my experience, my vision and my devotion to make the PARIS Panthers an elite team.
As Coach of the Senior 1 team, my main objective is to develop a competitive and stimulating environment, while promoting the individual and collective development of our players. I believe that every player has unique potential and am committed to creating personalized training programs to help them achieve their goals and excel on the pitch.
My coaching philosophy is based on open communication, trust and mutual respect. I will strive to build strong relationships with players, ensuring they feel supported and valued in their sporting journey. I strongly believe that the development of character and life skills is just as important as the development of basketball skills.
As a Technical and Sports Executive, I am committed to establishing a solid structure for the overall development of the club. This includes implementing quality training programs for all age categories, identifying and promoting promising talent, and coordinating with assistant coaches and technical teams to ensure continuous progression.
My experience as a basketball coach and manager has given me expertise in strategic planning, resource management and informed decision-making. I am committed to working closely with the office of the association, employees and volunteers to move the club forward and reach new heights of success.
I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to contribute to the history of PARIS Panthers and look forward to the challenges ahead. Together, we will build a culture of excellence, passion and team spirit, propelling the club to new horizons.
